Unwanted purchase? Here's how to return it

If you bought it online direct from here:
As long as your Fountain is as new, completely unused and in its original packaging, we're happy to give you a refund if you buy a Fountain and then have second thoughts. You can return it to us with its documentation within 14 days of purchase.  Please note that refunds are for the item purchased only not postage and packaging.

If you bought it from another organisation:
Contact them to check their Returns policy and follow their instructions.

Home Fountains Guarantees
Every Home Fountain is designed for reliability and trouble-free use. It's guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against mechanical and electrical defects as long as you've used it purely for your own domestic use, following the instructions in its User Guide using a suitable electricity supply and you haven't dismantled, interfered with it or damaged it.

What we do for you
If your Home Fountain is defective or you are not totally satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, you may return it within 10 working days of purchase date and we will replace your Fountain or give you a full refund. If you want to return it after 14 working days, we will repair or replace your fountain at our discretion. Please note: you will need to pay all the shipping costs to and from us. In some cases, to give you the fastest and simplest solution, we may send parts to you by post if they are easy to fit yourself. 

Delivery Service

For guaranteed next day delivery orders must be received prior to 1:00pm on purchase date. The next day service we offer is next working day.

Saturday Delivery

If you require a Saturday morning delivery, you would need to phone your order through to our sales office, not place it on-line, orders can be taken up to 1.00pm on the Friday before.  There is a surcharge which is dependant upon the weight of your parcel.  Please call our sales office for details (01376 584669)

Commercial Fountains Guarantees

Every Giles & Posner Commercial Fountain is covered by a 2-year extended worldwide parts warranty and a 12-month labour warranty (UK only) from the date of purchase.
