Our tutorials involve a complete, practical, hands on demonstration of how to assemble, run & clean your fountain and surround. We also offer guidance with helpful ideas and strategies on how to successfully market and run a chocolate fountain business, along with advice on purchasing accessories for your fountain. We also give you a manual that you can take away with you, full of information on such things as health and safety issues, VAT, government legislation, insurance guidelines, samples of forms that will help you get started, and much more. This is offered FREE of charge if you choose to come to our premises where we have a purpose built showroom and display area. There is no limit to the number of people attending the session however space is limited so we would advise checking prior to your arrival. We also offer the services of our support team 24 hours per day 7 days a week, should you require troubleshooting advice during an after hours event.
You will not find a company anywhere that has as much experience and knowledge as us in all aspects of working with chocolate fountains, from retail catering to high-end corporate and private rentals. At the Chocolate Fondue Company, all of the information, literature, help and advice you receive is totally FREE. We don’t believe in charging extra for passing on our knowledge, what we do is offer you as much help as we can, so that you can succeed and in turn come to us for your chocolate fountain supplies.
