The snowy weather in March resulted in one of our favourite Beauty show's, Irish Beauty, being postponed until April. However when it did come around it was a cracker, and once again we enjoyed the delightful customers, and some
fantastic clothing designs being showcased too, as we were located next to a main stage, lucky us!
March saw us once again serving loads of happy dancers at the Move It Dance show in London, where the talent and creativitiy on stage seems to increase year on year.
After what seemed like a very long winter we were finally back outside in the fresh air at Badminton Horse Trials in early May. It was chilly but the sun did shine, in the end!
We've recently returned from the deep south where we had a very sun-shiney few days at the Devon County show, which this year was even more special as it coincided with both the Royal Wedding, and the Exeter chiefs game on the Saturday. It didn't seem to stop the hungry customers though, it seems the Devon folk always have time for a chocolate skewer...or two!
We have been working on both ingredients and sustainibility in packaging and presentation. Our current chocolate supply comes from Belgium and is a world renowned Barry Callebaut blend. We are constantly monitering our customers preferences and we work on a dark/mik mix that is the most popular flavour combination. We always offer a white chocolate drizzle to compliment this, or of course we do the whole lot in reverse, as is shown here.
Our serving trays have been changed over recent times from plastic to a more sustainable cardboard to reduce the ecological impact .
